The Catalan architect Bonet joined Le Corbusier's studio in Paris in 1937, where he met the Argentines Juan Kurchan and Jorge Ferrari Hardoy. In 1938 he went into exile in Buenos Aires, where he founded Grupo Austral and collaborated in the creation of the iconic BKF. During his stay in Argentina and Uruguay, until 1962, he carried out architectural and integral design projects. This armchair features a light structure made of bronze bars and technological advances in upholstery that improve ergonomics.
