The Englander & Bonta firm was founded by Niels Englander and Fernando Bonta, European designers who emigrated to Buenos Aires in 1930. Aligned with the growth of cities in South America in the 40s and 50s, both the catalogue furniture and the unique pieces, such as this raised bar, are considered modern cabinetmaking products.
