Armchair

Loos studied at the Kunstgewerbeschule and the Technische Hochschule in Vienna under such leading figures as Josef Hoffmann and Josef Frank. In 1940, together with his wife, the fashion designer Fridl Loos, he settled in Buenos Aires, where he began a long career in the field of furniture design. His pieces stand out for their absolute and conceptual synthesis, fusing local and indigenous materials interpreted as contemporary craftsmanship.
